Meet Rocky

Rocky is ProofMyLabel's AI compliance agent. He checks your packaging, listings and formulations against the rules for food supplements and tells you, in plain English, what passes, what needs work and how to fix it.

What Rocky does for you

  • Checks your packaging before it goes to print, for Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the whole UK or the EU.
  • Checks your marketing: Amazon listings, product pages, social posts, emails and brochures.
  • Drafts your label text from a formulation, including the claims it qualifies for.
  • Answers quick questions about labelling, claims and ingredients.
  • Keeps watch: if the rules change in a way that affects a label you've checked, he lets you know.

How he works, in short

  • Official sources only. Rocky works from legislation, the official claims register and guidance from the regulators, and his sources are kept up to date.
  • He cites the rule. Every finding says where it comes from, so you can check it yourself. If something isn't clear-cut, he says so.
  • He suggests a fix. When something fails, you get compliant wording or a lawful alternative, not just a red cross.

What Rocky won't do

  • Sign off your label. His checks are an automated pre-check, not regulatory approval or legal advice. The business selling the product stays responsible for it.
  • Claim certainty he doesn't have. Where the rules are unclear, he tells you, and suggests speaking to a food law specialist or your local Trading Standards.
  • Share your work. Your files are private to your account and only used to run your checks. See our privacy policy.

Like any expert, Rocky can occasionally get something wrong. If you think he has, email [email protected] and we'll look into it.
