Everyone on the waiting list gets one free check when we launch, re-check included.
Checks never expire
Use your five checks this month or next year.
Re-checks are for revised artwork
When you upload a new version of packaging you've already checked, we recognise it and ask whether to use its re-check or start a new check. Nothing is used until you choose.
Topping up
When your five checks are used, your next pack is bought as you start your next check, so you're never held up mid-launch. You can switch this off at any time.
Discount codes
If you have a code, you'll enter it when you buy your first pack.

Checks cover Great Britain: England, Scotland and Wales. Northern Ireland, the EU and the US will follow.

Questions

What counts as one check?

One piece of packaging, such as a single label, pouch, sachet or carton design, checked for sale in Great Britain. Different flavours, strengths or pack sizes count as separate pieces of packaging, because their labels differ.

What's a re-check?

A second full check of the same packaging after you've made changes. It checks everything again, not only what you changed, so anything new is caught too.

Is the report regulatory approval?

No. It's an automated pre-check against the law and official guidance we hold on the day of the check. It helps you catch problems before you print, but final responsibility for the packaging stays with the business that sells the product.

What files can I upload?

PDF, PNG or JPG artwork. Flat dielines and multi-page PDFs are fine. The sharper the file, the better we can read the small print.

Is my artwork kept private?

Yes. Your artwork is stored securely, isn't shared with anyone, and is never used to train AI models. Ask us and we'll delete it.

Do prices include VAT?

No. Prices exclude VAT at 20%, so a pack of five checks costs £59.99 including VAT.
